These refund rules are created with the protection of both the buyer and seller in mind and apply to both Webchiper and you (Buyer)

 

Please note that unlike physical goods, digital goods can't be returned. Because of this there are different rules for refunding digital goods. 

 

More detailed information about the refund process, contact us via support@webchiper.com. Please take into account that a refund can only be given within 3 Days from the date of purchase. You can only request a refund once, so please make sure you submit any required information. Please always contact us first before requesting a refund. 

 

Webchiper Licenses
We don’t offer any refund policies for Regular License, but offer refund for Extended License because under this, we are offering you a full website setup service, including Domain, Web hosting and our professional team is working 24/7. So we have to manage the web servers and the team to handle these servers which costs. If anyone order a website they get everything, like control panel access, Web Hosting, Domain and email account access, and Website Access too. To Manages all things our team is working hard to setup your website within a Day. Nevertheless, you have a full authority to check and choose website wisely before you order.

 

  • We shall not Accept the Refund under the following circumstance:
  • You have not provided enough information to determine why you have the right to a refund.
  • You do not have the knowledge to use the product.
  • The purchased product is not working because of misconfiguration or a not supported setup in your environment.
  • You can't access the product anymore because the product is no longer available on our platform.
  • The product does not meet your expectation or you don't want it anymore.
  • The refund is requested more than 3 Days after purchase date.
  • You want us to solve an issue relating to your Domain/Hosting. 
 

After you have applied for a refund request, We shall take 1 day to respond via email with any relevant information related to your Refund request.
